How It Works
The Epoxy Dispense Machine is filled by pouring the epoxy parts A & B directly from 1 or 5 gallon containers into the respective weather proof Supply Tanks.
The supply tanks feed the epoxy directly into the gravity fed, vacuum assisted volumetric displacement Metering Pumps.
The pumps meter the epoxy, at the proper ratio, through the high pressure, chemical resistant Material Hoses.
The material hoses connect to a remote, trigger or lever operated Dispense Valve.
At the discharge of the dispense valve is the Static Mixer, it blends the epoxy by geometric division as the epoxy flows through the mixing elements.
Mixed Material is dispensed at ratio's of 1:1 to 30:1 depending on requirements.
The epoxy, parts A & B, are kept seperate until they enter the static mixer. After use, only the static mixer will require flushing, or disposal. The balance of the epoxy may remain in the machine for long periods of time, however, do not exceed the epoxy manufacturers recommended shelf life.
